The Challenge

ParentMail is the UK’s most trusted, affordable and effective parental engagement system. It uses the very latest software and cloud-based technology, ensuring unrivalled reliability, speed, security and effectiveness. This, making it easier than ever for schools to send messages, arrange meetings/events and manage and collect payments from parents.

ParentMail asked GSA to work on a specific campaign to target key individuals in schools operating in a particular sector. The objective was to secure appointments through informing schools how ParentMail can help reduce running costs and administrative time.

Approach & Result

The campaign was called over 7 weeks (420 hours). We managed to speak to key individuals in 450 schools making 39 appointments, and 169 follow up calls to create a strong pipeline.

To succeed we had to develop an effective strategy to clearly demonstrate the value of meeting with ParentMail. This we did through gaining a thorough understanding of the challenges facing these school and how ParentMails’ services can help. This had to be clearly and concisely explained during calls.

We reported daily giving profiled analysis in five key areas adding further value to the campaign. Two appointments involved over 20 schools with many 1000’s of pupils with very high potential value.
