The Challenge

Limelight Publicity is a leading designer and provider of innovative branded promotional products, servicing major global brands through a worldwide distribution network. On the back of the success of a previous telemarketing campaign undertaken by GSA, Limelight Publicity asked us to call into companies from their in-house prospect database in order to set up qualified sales appointments. We were targeted to produce around 70 appointments for the campaign over 140 hours.

Approach & Result

Targeting marketing & purchasing departments in multi-sized organisations, we identified and validated the correct contact, discussed what current promotional products they were using, what they used them for & how often. Then, based on this profiling, we offered a meeting with a Business Director from Limelight to meet the prospect and provide samples. By taking a focused approach we finished the campaign right on target. There were a number of opportunities with immediate requirements and a pipeline of leads for future interest later in the year.
