We decided to use GSA Business Development Ltd to support us with our Christmas Marketing Campaigns. Christmas is an important time of year for us as many organisations use this festive period to award their staff with Love2shop Vouchers and Cards for Christmas Bonuses and Annual Awards. Here at Love2shop Business Services, our peak season begins in October and runs until a few days before Christmas. As a result, the volume of inbound calls meant that we were unable to focus on outbound calling as much as we would have liked to. The success from this campaign was not achieved by luck. Processes such as the initial face to face briefing session, hot lead notifications, regular teleconferencing, recorded call listening, weekly reporting and the final post project review meant that we were in constant communication with GSA throughout the 8 week duration of the project. This communication was vital to ensure the calls remained relevant and compliant.
