We asked GSA to run a research campaign into a specialist and quite technical market, with a fairly hard-to-reach audience, so it was never going to be a quick win. What stood out was the tenacity of the team — Monica kept us updated so we always knew where things stood, and Temara kept working the outreach rather than settling for the easy answers.
The outcome was a genuinely valuable set of data, along with several real opportunities we’re now following up. The reporting was clear, and they were happy to cut the findings a different way or set up follow-up conversations where we wanted to dig deeper.
