This bespoke course takes the other courses and builds on them using specific information from your company. The course includes pre-work and focuses on current and future calling campaigns that you may be carrying out or due to start.
Designed around your company marketing activity, the training includes an initial assessment through a strategy session in advance of the training and an assignment pack for participants to submit prior to the course. This will be used on the course to build exercises and to discuss improvements to the process and structure of calls specific for your business.
