Jonathan Silverman - Managing Director
Before setting up GSA, Jonathan spent 16 years in senior sales and marketing management with Cover
Girl, Alfred Dunhill, Montblanc and latterly Porsche Cars GB as Head of Marketing. He is a sales and marketing guy through and through.
Jonathan has strong client-side business development experience in sales and marketing in both b2c and b2b. He has undertaken consultancy in the past for Bentley Motors Ltd, Marsh McLennan, Tanner Krolle Ltd (formerly part of the Chanel Group), Capita and Group 4 Securicor. For several years, he presented monthly seminars on Marketing and Data Protection for the Institute of Direct Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Jonathan manages GSA and runs client strategy sessions including ‘route to market’ strategy before commencement of any campaign. He also facilitates client new business and marketing workshops as well as offering marketing and business development consultancy.
Jonathan is an avid squash player and a lifelong Arsenal supporter.

Helen O'Neill - Business Development Manager
Helen has a strong commercial background in diverse industries.
Working for British Telecommunications setting up outsourcing call centres on their client’s behalf gave
Helen an excellent grounding and understanding of best practise in the telemarketing industry.
As a Consultant she has worked with companies of all sizes focusing on increasing their sales revenue via social media, telemarketing, training and mentoring of existing staff.
With clients ranging from small local training firms to large construction companies, the message has always been the same. Best return on investment and a strong sales pipeline.
Selling into herself and helping other companies sell into large PLC’s such as Tesco’s, Sony, Balfour Beatty, Kier Construction, and Seddon etc
Helens focus has always been on getting a business where it wants to be.
Helen doesn’t like football and certainly doesn’t play squash. But likes handbags and shopping!
